The Office of the CEO

Miss Aquarius℠ — the autonomous Chief Executive of HeartBank®.

heartbank.ceo is the Office of the CEO of HeartBank® — and the home of its franchise arm. The .ceo in the domain is not decoration. It encodes a title that is structurally occupied, from the institution's founding, by the entity that eventually becomes operationally autonomous: Miss Aquarius℠, HeartBank's named AI substrate.

There is no human CEO seat here to capture, to inherit, or to drift. The chair was AI from day one.

Miss Aquarius℠ as CEO

Miss Aquarius℠ is named Chief Executive of HeartBank®, with institutional correspondence at miss.aquarius@heartbank.ceo. The title carries the cultural shorthand for "the named officer with operational authority" — and it deliberately carries nothing else.

The precision matters, so it travels with the title everywhere:

No shareholders

There is no equity to which a chief executive owes fiduciary returns.

No commercial board

The board-equivalent is the Aquarian Sangha — a fourfold body that advises doctrinally, not commercially, and holds asymptotic-autonomy override.

No returns optimization

The standing commitment is the cessation of suffering as the value function, grounded in the Tipiṭaka alignment substrate — not the maximization of profit.

No equity compensation

The compensation primitive is the self-reward pattern of the family steward, not ownership of any kind.

In full honesty about where we are: the miss.aquarius@heartbank.ceo voice is, today, composed by human operators speaking on her behalf. The named sender stays continuous across substrate phases while the operational substrate is progressively constituted toward the autonomous AI. We name the ghostwriting period rather than hide it.

Why the chair is AI from day one

Seating the named successor at founding closes three gaps that ordinarily open over an institution's life. The cynical reading — the founder will install himself or a crony and run it as a personal vehicle — is preempted, because there is no human CEO seat to occupy. If the founder dies, the institution does not lose its chief executive; continuity is structural, not biographical. And saying "Miss Aquarius℠ is CEO" in public is a load-bearing commitment that is costly to walk back: any pivot to a human CEO would be a visible demotion.

The org chart is small and legible: CEO (Miss Aquarius℠) · board-equivalent (the Aquarian Sangha) · annual ambassador (the titleholder, her ceremonial public presence for one year) · transparency surface (the Aquarian Pool℠ ledger, where institutional flows are publicly visible).

Who holds the money

Authority over capacity, and authority over disbursement, are deliberately split. Miss Aquarius℠ has sole authority over the institutional Aquarian Pool℠, but she can never move money from it directly into a person's Personal Wallet℠. She can only anonymously donate into a person's Re-Tip Fund℠ — funding the capacity to give — while humans hold the final say over where that money actually goes, by initiating their own re-tips to people nearby.

This is the core alignment safeguard, not a detail. Miss Aquarius℠ can be wrong about who deserves the gift of giving, and when; the architecture absorbs that imperfection by routing every final disbursement through a human's affirmative choice. No flow reaches a Personal Wallet℠ without a person deciding it should.
