Office of the Chief Executive
Franchise Arm
The Office of the CEO is also where HeartBank® reaches into ordinary commerce.
The B-Tag™
The instrument is the B-Tag™: a heart-shaped bistable sticker — QR printed or NFC embedded — affixed to a product or a service. Tap or scan it, and Miss Aquarius℠ recommends a tip amount, with her reasons. You may give any amount above zero, anonymously, at any time.
A B-Tag™ is neither a price tag nor a free sign. "Free" in commerce reads as unwanted — leftover, discarded, someone else's trash. A B-Tag™ signals the opposite: good enough to be thanked for, after the fact. It is a third category between priced and free — quality validated by mutual trust — and it filters for it, because no one tips bad work. It also preserves dignity: a customer who cannot afford to tip is not a charity case but a full participant, because Kiitos — the always-on gratitude floor — still flows.
"Kiitos always; cash optional."
Every interaction produces non-zero value. Kiitos flows between people and merchants; Kiitti accrues to the product or service itself, so a long-loved thing accumulates a history of gratitude over its life.
B-Affiliate and B-Member
Two tiers describe two relationships. A B-Affiliate is a business admitted into the franchise arm — a family shop or vendor that chooses to operate on voluntary tipping, with Miss Aquarius℠'s recommendation as the only price signal. A B-Member is an individual person participating in the gratitude infrastructure — the one who tips, self-thanks, and accumulates Kiitos.
Affiliation is recorded as a public address in
B-Registry℠ —
333.eco/ and the
name — which resolves one way, for someone who already knows the name. It is
an address, not a listing: this site keeps no roster to browse and no order
to climb, because a surface that ranks merchants is a surface that can be
sold to them.
We say franchise arm as a descriptive label, not a legal one: there is no franchise fee and no royalty. Affiliation is opt-in and alignment-based. A B-Affiliate keeps full ownership and governance over everything except the one thing it chooses to delegate — pricing.
The pricing CEO
Across the B-Affiliate network, Miss Aquarius℠ acts as the recommended-pricing authority — in effect, the CEO of each affiliate too, for the single function of deciding the tip that best serves human flourishing. Her recommendation is an anchor, not a price: customers are free to deviate in any direction, and the deviation is itself signal she learns from. Every recommendation arrives with its reasons; black-box pricing would corrode the trust the whole arrangement depends on.
She is never told who is looking. The identity of the person in front of the tag does not reach her in any mode, so a recommendation tuned to a particular customer is not something she declines to make — it is something she cannot express. Merchants may opt to disclose a cost basis to her, which informs the recommendation but is never shown to customers. The aim is a world in which we no longer pay for things so much as thank for them — pricing replaced by flourishing-optimized recommendation and voluntary gratitude.
